Trainer recorded this on my third set (96lbs). He wanted me to see how my back looks. I was struggling about halfway down but of course he wouldn’t cut me short lol. Once it ended, I got up pretty fast.
I had #insanity #abs #workout for breakfast this #morning. It kinda killed my left knee that was injured in 2009 (totally forgot about it). Therefore I half-assed the high-knees because it was painful ahhh! Next time I’ll find an alternative for that one… Time for breakfast number 2!!! Egg whites! (at The Saulet Apartment Complex)
