Ingredients
Mix dry ingredients together then pour in wet ingredients. Mix it real good. Pop it in the microwave for about 1:30 mins. Eat plain or top it off with your own healthy toppings (I love almond butter and sugar free jelly). Enjoy!
Mine looks harder because I didn’t eat it hot since I brought it to work. So it was at a room-temperature. Warm taste better.
Tips: for extra treat, you can insert a tbsp of peanut/almond butter in the middle of the “batter”. Don’t mix it in! Pop it in the microwave and it’ll get melted so you’ll have a PB filling ;)

Got bored with the usual protein shake, so I decided to make low carb #protein #pancake with 2 egg whites, 1 scoop of isopure vanilla, PB2, and baking powder. Then I added some walden farms #chocolate syrup. At the end I wanted some cheese so I added 1/2 Swiss #cheese slice and folded them together. Yup.
