- 1 scoop of protein powder (preferably Casein because it’s moister, for some reason)
- 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp of almond milk (less or more, just until the consistency is batter-like)
Mix dry ingredients together then pour in wet ingredients. Mix it real good. Pop it in the microwave for about 1:30 mins. Eat plain or top it off with your own healthy toppings (I love almond butter and sugar free jelly). Enjoy!
Mine looks harder because I didn’t eat it hot since I brought it to work. So it was at a room-temperature. Warm taste better.
Tips: for extra treat, you can insert a tbsp of peanut/almond butter in the middle of the “batter”. Don’t mix it in! Pop it in the microwave and it’ll get melted so you’ll have a PB filling ;)
