#nofilter. Good morning! 5 weeks and 3 days out. Lost 1/2 inches of my thighs (?!) probably (and hopefully) from my inner thighs. #Abs and #hams are still stubborn as the usual but I do love my #delts tho.
#progress from when I first started (2 months ago). Both pics are relaxed. Both were taken right when I woke up. I thought I only made a tiny bit of progress but when I compared both visually, it’s more than I thought. 7 weeks and 5 days out! Still a lot of work… Ahh!!
Trainer recorded this on my third set (96lbs). He wanted me to see how my back looks. I was struggling about halfway down but of course he wouldn’t cut me short lol. Once it ended, I got up pretty fast.
Finally had the balls to post my leg/glute progress. I thought to myself, hell, sooner or later I’ll be standing in a bikini in public anyway. So here it is. Hammies and calves are still being stubborn as usual.
