Some of the #dishes that we got. There were 6 more dishes (that are not in the picture) because Chuck decided to go with the option “serve us with whatever you think is the best.” while it was very yummy, it also came with a big price lol. Confession: I ate everything in this picture and it was absolutely amazing. Lava cake, a chocolate shot, a mini milkshake chocolate thing, and vanilla ice cream (ok fine I shared some with my bf).
I know as a fitblr, I should think food as fuel. Which I do… when I eat clean. But sometimes I don’t wanna think of food as fuel. I wanna enjoy and cherish its flavors, regardless of the macros and calories. And I wanna do this without a single regret because this is what I choose right now. I choose to eat delicious foods and travel to different places and try more different foods. This is why I’m far from ready to compete. (oh and FYI I ate this knowing that I had to be in a bikini the next day because I was going to the dead sea… Pics are posted on my previous post).
Pick what you want to do in life and be happy with it. If you’re happy preparing to compete, thumbs up! I know it’s hard. You can do it. If you’re happy working out because you love to eat, then high-five!

Chicken broccoli patties
Chicken breast + steamed broccoli = boring fitness food! So I tried to mix the two of them together with 2 eggs in a food processor. I put the batter in a silicon mold for tartlets to cook in the oven for about 20 minutes, at the maximum temperature of my owen, 250 degrees Celsius (480 degrees Fahrenheit).
I was quite pleased with the result, those patties are less boring than eating broccoli and chicken apart. It may be a good idea to add some spices to make them more interesting. They can also be eaten cold or taken to work in a lunch box.
Everyone, go make roasted chickpeas. Right now.
1 can garbanzo beans + S/P + olive oil + cumin + cayenne pepper
(makes multiple servings)
Then roast @ 450 for 25-30 minutes.
They’re crunchy and filling, and full of protein!
Muffin Top-Less Peanut Butter Protein Cookies
- 1 Cup Natural PB (could sub almond butter, I used crunchy)
- 1.5 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (I used Isoflex for this recipe)
- 1 Whole Cage-Free Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Sugar Substitute (I used Stevia)
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Creme Liquid Stevia
- 1 Tablespoon Water
Mix the wet ingredients first, then add the peanut butter. Once it’s combined, slowly add in the protein powder. Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray a baking pan with Pam or other non-stick spray. Seperate dough into 12 cookies spaced evenly on the sheet and use a fork to press them down. I sprayed the back of the fork with Pam to avoid sticking. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
I am a peanut butter LOVER. And of course having a crazy-strong sweet tooth, I love cookies too! I baked these peanut butter protein cookies earlier this morning! - 2 cans white beans or garbanzos (drained and rinsed well) (500g total, once drained)

Low Calorie Ice Cream Sandwhich

Ingredients
- Lite Cool Whip
- Graham crackers
- Freeze the Cool Whip container.
- Break a graham cracker sheet in half.
- Place a spoonful of frozen Cool Whip on one half.
- Top with the other half of the cracker sheet.
For some fun variety, try strawberry Cool Whip or cinnamon sugar graham crackers.

CLEAN EATING CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Oatmeal
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil (preferably Organic)
- 1/2 cup Stevia
- 1/3 cup Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
- 1/4 cup Chocolate protein powder (preferably casein)
- 1 Egg and 1 White
- 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips or Nuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix dry ingredients together
2. Mix wet ingredients together
3. Combine everything together
4. Put in 8 X 9 pan
5. Heat Oven at 350 for about 20 minutes.
6. These can be stored in the freezer if you cannot eat all at once or want to space out eating proportions.
