Got my heart rate up to 94% this morning! Time for breakfast 🍳! Speed was only 8.4 mph, but maybe the 4.0 incline did it. I’m #proud of myself this morning because I beat my unmotivated ass and did #sprints. Unlike yesterday, where I didn’t do both of my #cardio sessions. But hey, today I a new day and I’ll try to make the best out of it. It’s only 3 weeks out after all 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
2 slices of pizza, 2 pieces of ravioli, 1 PB&J doughnut, 1 red velvet doughnut, 1 stuffed French toast, 2 whole eggs, 1 bacon, 1 hash brown, 1 apple and 0 water later. Not too bad. #nofilter. Good morning! 5 weeks and 3 days out. Lost 1/2 inches of my thighs (?!) probably (and hopefully) from my inner thighs. #Abs and #hams are still stubborn as the usual but I do love my #delts tho.
#progress from when I first started (2 months ago). Both pics are relaxed. Both were taken right when I woke up. I thought I only made a tiny bit of progress but when I compared both visually, it’s more than I thought. 7 weeks and 5 days out! Still a lot of work… Ahh!!
Trainer recorded this on my third set (96lbs). He wanted me to see how my back looks. I was struggling about halfway down but of course he wouldn’t cut me short lol. Once it ended, I got up pretty fast.
