Got my heart rate up to 94% this morning! Time for breakfast 🍳! Speed was only 8.4 mph, but maybe the 4.0 incline did it. I’m #proud of myself this morning because I beat my unmotivated ass and did #sprints. Unlike yesterday, where I didn’t do both of my #cardio sessions. But hey, today I a new day and I’ll try to make the best out of it. It’s only 3 weeks out after all 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
I eat 4-5 #swai or #tilapia #fillets everyday. Therefore I prepare my meals every damn day. Because by failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail! The seasoning is pretty simple, salt free Greek seasoning and your natural thermogenic, cayenne pepper. Then add more cayenne pepper as I eat them. What can I say, I love #spicy foods!!!
