Cardio =/= Ripped
A long - low to medium intensity cardio can be counter productive to building big/ripped muscles, believe it or not. After about 30+ minutes or so, your body is not only going to burn the fat, but ALSO your muscles. Proof? Google image marathoner vs. sprinter. The average body of a marathoner is either skinny-muscly, skinny-fat, skinny, or just average. From what I’ve seen anyway.
